P.R.E. REGISTRATION is after all Masses this weekend in the back of church.

Please note: Bishop Byrne School Mass is Thursday and St. Paul School Mass is Friday. On both days the 8:15am Mass will be celebrated in the church.

Be sure to take home the bulletin inserts: One relates to the upcoming changes in liturgy and the other is the continuation of study questions for the Book of Matthew’s Gospels.

You still have time to come to the CYO Trivia Night & Silent Auction which begins at 6pm tonight. Over $1,500 is gift certificates and over 30 additional items in the Silent Auction. Proceeds will help our youth attend the National Youth Convention.

P.R.E. REGISTRATION is after all Masses this weekend and next weekend in the back of church.

Monday is the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. When a feast day falls on Monday,the obligation to attend Mass is removed. Therefore this August 15th is not a Holy Day of Obligation but we can observe this special feast day by attending one of the 3 Masses here at St. Paul.

On Monday we will have our annual Memorial Mass for Elvis Presley. Recorded music begins at 2:15pm — St. Paul Quartet sings at 2:40 and the Mass begins at 3:00pm. Come and welcome people from around the world as we come together and celebrate Mary’s feast day and pray for the repose of the soul of Elvis.

“Cuisine Around the World” Committee Meeting is Tuesday at 7:30pm in the Parish Hall.

The CYO Trivia Night & Silent Auction is next Saturday, August 20th beginning at 6pm in the St. Paul Gym. Lots of good items to bid on and lots of fun. Proceeds will help our youth attend the National Youth Convention.

P.R.E. REGISTRATION will be after all Masses for the next two weekends. See the bulletin to find out what you will need to bring to registration if your child will be preparing to receive First Communion or Confirmation.

We are looking for two special people—-one who would like to teach our little ones—Kindergarten/First Grade P.R.E. and one to serve as Assistant D.R.E. See the bulletin for all details.
